My father's book titled, Rescued by Mao, which is his story of capture by the Japanese on Wake Island at the beginning of WWII and his miraculous escape to freedom through China and meeting the Chinese leader Mao Tse Tung. He had his picture taken with Mao and is the only American to have it taken with him. Rescued by Mao has been placed in the LDS Church Archives.

I like the Tabernacle Choir, soft rock concerts and just good old Rock and Roll. I love to hear Lakota or Omaha songs. I like most Indian music. I like to hear what is decent clean and inspirational.

I like to fish, jog, do gardening, take long walks, and learn more about nutritional food. I try to write good material in a way that it is helpful to others. I enjoy taking care of my home, and because I like doing that, it is more fun for me rather than a chore.

I'm a happy kind of person, very intelligent and sensitive to the needs of others. I like to serve others. I love the scriptures and attending the Temple. I like people who try to be honest. I love to read info about cortical research on the brain and human behavior. I like to read material about neurotrophic stimulation and morphogenesis, i.e. regrowth of a limb through neurological stimulation. I'm not perfect and know that I have much to learn in life. For me, the best part of my life is my testimony that Jesus is the Christ, that Joseph Smith was God’s chosen servant to open up this last dispensation, and that he saw what he said he saw.
