Dear Gar,

Take a peek at our page and see if you like the color scheme.  We've used your picture and tried to build a color scheme around it that will coordinate with your picture.

Hi PRR,
Somehow or from somewhere while using this friendly web site I think I've picked up some spyware or adware. Every time, I access the LDS Mormon Network and have any kind of activity on the website and I run a scan using my Norton's device the tracking cookie shows up. Additionally, when I start up or shut down my Windows system it takes forever. I'll need to get it fixed at a cost to me. I don't have that kind of money to spend, so I may have to stop the wonderfully rewarding activity with the site. It all depends if I can get rid of the adware or spyware. The cookie tracking virus only appears if I have any activity with LDS.net

We use Comodo.  Compared to Comodo, Norton is junk.  Check it out!

I found the page and it is nice.  All the glitter and sparkle with the quotes is nice.   Gar

I love the music and the uplifting message of everything she posts.  She's created a page that's capable of spiritually restoring ones soul.  It's great!

Bon Jour PRR,

I have written many email quotes using my web page editor that include music.  I haven't learned how to create a blog post that will include the same kind of spiritual music I can send out as an email message.  I wonder if there is a way to make a blog and incle the spiritual tune?  Do U No how?

No, I'm afraid not, but I can't say I've been too worried about it either.  I guess I'm o.k. with just posting the normal stuff and not too concerned about making it fancy.  LOL

So, how are you doing this evening?  I was just chatting with my sister-in-law on Facebook.  She had to leave because the kids are wanting to use the computer to get some homework done.  I talked with her daughter earlier today.  Liz said she just got back from a college Frizbee competition in Tennessee.  She told me that the countryside is beautiful, but the bus trip was too long.  It took them 12 hours to get there.  I guess I can't blame her for feeling a little penned up.  When I've traveled across the country, at least I've had the option to stop and take a break for a while when my body started protesting the car seat.  LOL

Take care and have a great evening!

Dear PRR, How have y'all been? I've been praying that I'll get the time to get back to the Temple. I haven't had time since I have been taking care of my mother 24-7. I have a good elderly ward member sister who'll will sit with my mother once in awhile. She's a good person. Tell me more about making a good page with images like you have done. Awesome page

Dear Gar,

I don't know if there's really anything more to share.  I just uploaded a background picture and then tinkered with the colors until I liked what I saw.  LOL

My sister has come and gone so quickly.  She came to pick up the car my parents were giving to her, but is back in Indiana now.  It's a good thing she was able to get some transportation.  She was afraid there for a while that she might have to withdrawl from school 'til next semester.

Today the weather is just wonderful - a perfect October day.  The skies are clear, the breeze is just right and the sun is shining like there's no tomorrow!  It's great!

Take care and have a wonderful day.  Hope you get to go to the temple soon.

Dear PRR,

I was able to make my page up using the runner's image, but that's as far as I could get with my understanding of how to do these things.

Idon't know what happened, but my new page runner's image messed up the image in my first blog Race of My Life and I had to delete that one and remake it using the new way to post blogs. It took me two days with my time to figure out howtoremake that Bog. Now,I can't locate my page.LOL I know it's so much fun, right? Gar

Dear Gar,

Sorry to hear about your blog picture getting messed up.  I haven't seen the new blog set up.  I see what you mean.  The picture has changed.  There didn't used to be this portion to the right of the screen.  Well, we'll work on that, too, a little at a time.

Do you still have the original picture?  It's still possible to take the original and make it larger by placing a piece of construction paper behind it.  That way the picture will fill the entire screen.

I see you changed your colors, too.  We'll work on smoothing that out as well and finding just the right combination.  Now that I look at your picture again, I see there are also variations of purple and salmon pink.  They might come in handy.

Have a great day.  Am taking the dog for a walk right now, but will get back with you.

Dear PRR, I like yer new page set up. You know. I don't know how to do that neat process LOL. Maybe, you can post instructions how 2 make a neat page. Anyway, It was a better day today than I figured last night it would be. It only cost me 50 bucks instead of the 700 I feared to get my old car fixed up 2 run and down the road 2 sell. Have a great night and awesome day tomorrow, Gar

Dear Gar,

Didn't know you were struggling with getting a car fixed.  And it is a struggle.  Isn't it?  My husband and I went for about a year without a car when we were living in our apartment.  What a hassle that was.  Danny had to get a ride every day to work (and home again).  For me it wasn't too bad except that I got stuck doing laundry in the bathtub until we were able to save up a downpayment for another car.  LOL

Thanks for the compliment on our page.  It took me a while to figure out how everything worked (and I still have to tinker at that), but now I have a number of profile schemes worked out.  I always take time to copy down what I've done so that I can go back and do it again.  Of course, when I do it the second time, all I have to do is look at my notes.  I don't have to do all the "hit-and-miss" searching for certain colors, etc.

Some sad news today.  Our bird died last night.  Very sad.  We've had Birdie since my older brother passed away almost 13 years ago.  We don't really recall how long he had owned Birdie, but she was a nice creature who liked music.  She always enjoyed it when I whistled The Sound of Music to her.  She would fluff up her feathers and get all excited.  She was also the first one to greet us whenever we walked in the door.  She would start whistling at us and expected us to whistle back.

I wrapped her up last night in some newspaper and a shoebox.  Sad to say that's all we had.  I buried her this morning out where all our other animals have been buried.  That little spot ought to be quite busy come resurrection day!  We look forward to seeing her again.

I just got an e-mail from my niece.  She said she's taking a ballroom dance class.  I guess ballroom dancing has become more popular since that show came on TV (Dancing With The Stars).  I saw it a few times when it first came on, but I haven't seen it since.  Still, it's nice to see things like that becoming popular again.  I'm glad she's doing this.

I mentioned to "Louise-Ruth" that my dream home will have to have both a solarium and a ballroom.  She thought that was a great idea!  I've always loved dancing, although Danny doesn't care for it much.  The solarium is so that I can grow my veggies all year round.  I took a trip to visit the Botanical Gardens in Washington, D.C. once.  I fell in love with what they've done there.  My mother could move in to the place and be right at home.  LOL

Take care for now.  Good to hear from you!  Our best to everyone.  Have a great day!

Dear PRR,

You and Danny are really Tuff stuff.  Tuff is an old sixties term like Cool is now.

Your health isn't good now and you've both been through a lot. That means there must a lot of greatness ahead for you both.

So, you think we might actually make it to heaven one day?  Wouldn't that be something!  If we can achieve the Kingdom of God based purely upon our little trials, then there must be a double portion in store for you and your family.  God bless!
