"...Verily I say unto you, all wholesome herbs God hath ordained for the constitution, nature, and use of manâEvery herb in the season thereof..." (D&C 89:11) âThe condition of the physical body can affect the spirit. Thatâs why the Lord gave us the Word of Wisdom. â - Ezra Taft Benson, Tambuli, Mar 1987, 2 âAfter all our endeavors to obtain wisdom from the best books, etc, there still remains an open fountain for all; âIf any man lack wisdom let him ask of Godâ [see James 1:5]â Teachings of Presidents of the Church: Brigham Young, 193

HOPE
When you're standing in despair of night,
Pray with all your might, that an angel will come
And remove the fright;
And give you might; to reach for new heights;
And bring your life to Light.
When you're deep in the night; look to the right;
And hope will come first within sight;
Through His power and might;
You can find Light; and courage to fight.
Then faith, not fright, will soar to new heights.

I was converted to the Church about 20 years ago.
I like to read non fiction and am working on writing several books.
I enjoy helping others and do a lot with herbal remedies and salves.
I have submitted over 10,000 names for genealogy work to be done, and continue to help others get their ancestors work done.
I live in the middle of nowhere - the Navajo Reservation, Arizona, USA.
The area here has spectacular rock formations, but usually less than 12 inches of precipitation per year. We actually got snow this year, which was a real treat.
My husband is a school teacher at the high school - and we've lived here for the last seven years.
We do a lot of work with the ward and stake here, especially in helping and sustaining the missionaries.
We have many friends and acquaintances here.
I was in a bad auto accident about a year ago, and am still recovering from it. I've had more pain and suffering in my life this last year than I ever remember having before.
