English but I will probably be learning Spanish within a year.

My favorite - Book of Mormon and the scriptures. Besides those? I enjoy mostly non fiction history books.

Favorite movies - Bridge on the River Kwai

I enjoy nature walks and going to state parks and travel.

If you want to say hi or anything else - drop me a note anytime!

Hmm, I don't really watch anything on video anymore. DVDs? I love the BBC program I Claudius. I Claudius is one of the most wonderful programs ever created.

After taking a long break, I went back to college to finish my degree. I thought I was going to get it after taking one more class. Now I've learned I will need three more classes. I'm planning on taking them and getting that degree.

I'm in a much better place since the divorce. Thank you for your kindness. I think of you and pray you're doing well too. Congratulations on getting your priesthood! That's sooooo awesome Hoosier! Your parents are very proud of you. I'm proud of you. We'll talk again soon.

I hope you are doing good my dear sister Tam.  The Bishop told me I will get the Melchizedek priesthood soon.  I still pray for you often.  Please take care.  Stay strong.  Remember, you are loved very much.  I would love to see you when I move to Utah near the end of summer.  Take care.

Hey Hoosierguy, I haven't seen your posting for a while. I look for the scriptual references and look them up and enjoy the time with my scriptures. I hope you are well. Take care. I will be looking for your posts. Thanks Diana

I want to help.  I joined the Red Cross but I've not been called yet.  I made contact with the head of volunteer services at an all women’s private college.  They are in great need of volunteer for lots of things including visiting the sick and helping children read.  I want to help.

Why do I want to  help?  Lots of reasons.  To be a good Saint.  To please Heavenly Father.  To be more like my Savior and Brother Jesus Christ.  But there is another reason and it comes from a song by Billy Swan:

I can help

It would sure do me good to do you good,
Let me help

So, if I go crazy begging you to let me help, understand - at this point in my life - it would sure do me good to do you good, let me help.

Sometimes I want to help in specific ways.  I know some people do not want my help and I should take my offer off the table and look for others who need my help.

But let’s look at the line again - It would sure do me good to do you good.  So, if I ask you if I can help, I'm also asking you to help me.  And right now, I want help.

So, why don't we help each other?  Let’s help each other help each other so that we all can grow and progress forward?

I can help

It would sure do me good to do you good,
Let me help
