I am pretty good at English most of the time...

When I was a kid I used to read all of the Jack London books; some other books I enjoyed when I was in high school...Across Five Aprils; Silas Marner; To Kill A Mockingbird; Tennis Shoes Among the Nephites. Now any time I spend reading is either the BOM or outdoor magazines although I should probably concentrate more on the former.

I listen to everything, but I would have to say I probably listen to country the least. Really big into accoustic, indie, and pop/punk right now.

The Great Outdoors! I am really big into rock climbing, and also enjoy mountain biking, camping, hiking, and most water sports. I have snowboarded a few times when I was stationed in Maine and would enjoy doing that again sometime.

You must login to see these testimonies.

I grew up in Ocala, FL and was raised in the church, after being inactive for several years, I was brought back to the church in an unlikely place...Iraq! I have been in the Air Force for the past 10 years and have been stationed in Texas, Nebraska, Maine and currently in Alabama.

I thought the LDS Military Brothers in the wars I have served in were more down to earth and who looked out for one another.  Went to LDS services in IRAQ and Afganistan many times...the Power of the Priesthood and wearing of the Garments of the Priesthood really is special to be a Later-Day Saint. Spent two years in Utah to learn of what Utah Mormons are...I am back in my home state California after 23 years of service as a Navy Medic..working at the VA.
