I went for a walk in the desert today to search for artifacts, and I must say it always surprises me at the treasures I fined before the builders move in.I saw a row of ants carrying little flowers all in a row back to their nest, amazeing little critters working and organized,I think our saints must have been like that, marching, struggleing with the burdens of both material things they needed and the dangers weighing heavey on their shoulders.Little things make me so happy ,the smile from a little child passing buy,an elderly person asking me for a hand up.I do not however care for the heat,it was nice and cool in the morning but later today,ugh..glad I do not have to wear a heavy woolen dress.A friend of mine is leaving for Isreal tomorrow and,I wish I could go,that is one place I really need to go.I think all of us are always amased how such a tiny country can keep on making it through all the turmoil over there...The strength of the people there are quite inspiring,we can learn from them.

I am so thankful for every single thing in my life, whether it be bad or good.I as many do have trials but they seen to give me a bigger sense of humor..is that good?I love the fall weather as the coolness seems to bring a new me,I miss the east coast with the fall colors, but thankfully I have fond memories,of walks in the woods.and the sweet smell in the air.I once worked in Alaska and I saw the Aurora Boriallis, the rainbow of colors dancing on the mountain peaks gave the snow a glisten in many shades of reds.blus.Now I live in the desert and it has its own beauty, and flowers.I am thankful for all these wonderful gifts the Lord has given us.

When I first came to Green Valley Arizona,I had no church and I was starting over.I worked at a local high school and was approached by a young girl, she asked if I would like to come to her church with her.It was the best decision to date I ever made.I am temple worthy, the friends in my ward are my only family and I cherish every moment with them, and that of all the other wards,in Sahaurita. Our trips to the temple are always fun and filled with the anticipation of the work we are about to embark on.I love to share the gospel with friends and family when they are receptive.Everyday I am learning and am thilled to.It is wonderful to know that no matter were you go,it's consistency stands firm.

I am so pleased to finally get here,to speak with new friends.I was also near the 911 attacks,I listened to the gentleman that was there and it really felt wonderful to hear someone speak the way I have felt for so long,I am so releived to feel I am not alone, even tho I knew I wasn't.
