You are certainly a happier person when you serve those who can't serve themselves (temple). God Bless You O2BNSD. I grew up in Vegas and miss the warmer climate. I have Scottish ancestry as well. I'm related to the Adamson family and more Scottish on my mother's side and I was told that through my father's side, John Taylor ( I Know he is Welsh), but out of his many wives he some Scottish lines. Was Jane Ballentyne Scottish? Are the names Douglas, Farr, Pratt, or Cannon Scottish? Thanks, Gar

Thanks for all the warm greetings.  I am so fortunate to live in San Diego.  We first moved here from Phoenix (Phoenix 28th Ward) in 1988 and have lived in the Rancho Bernardo area ever since.  Was in RB1st Ward and now am in Rancho Penasquitos 1st Ward.  Did do a stint in western PA when my former husband made us move from RB to western PA.  The move ended up great for my career advancement, but it was a disasterous move for my daughters.  Then to top it off, he abandons us, so after another 1 1/2 yrs I finally got my daughters and I back to Rancho Bernardo, literally kissing the ground once I cross the San Diego County line!!  But, things have eventually worked out for me, it's been a major struggle, but I'm a much stronger person for it.  And to top it off...now ready for my first time going to the Temple.  I can't wait, I know that I'm in store for the most phenomenol experience.

My feelings exactly.  Oh to be in San Diego.  Lived there most of my life and miss it terribly.
