I've been reading Jesus the Christ by James E. Talmage. I find it to be an inspiring book, that testifies of the truth of our Savior and Redeemer.

When I read the Hiding Place, I felt God's love in Corrie Ten Boom's story. I found it meaningful when she said, "Lord Jesus, I offer myself for Your people. In any way. Any place. Any time." I feel the same way.

I was raised in the Quaker faith, but I was rebellious when I was growing up. I couldn't appreciate or grasp God's love. God's love is still difficult for me to grasp, but now I know that it is there. School was always hard for me, but, with perseverance, I was able to earn a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. When I heard about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I was ready to hear the message of Christ's love. I want to share the message with everyone, so that they may also be saved.

I'm a Mormon because one time I was in a car accident that could have killed me, but I survived without harm. I knew then that there was a God, that He was protecting me, and that He kept me alive for a reason. The reason is to follow His son, Jesus Christ, and to tell the world of His love for us. I was baptized May 13, 2010. My cousin Mark baptized me. I found out about the Church through my friends I had been playing in a band with. The people I met in the Church were so kind and loving that I felt the presence of God because of their love. I know that this Church is true. Through Joseph Smith, the prophet, God restored His gospel on earth. Joining this Church has changed my life. I am happier than I have ever been because I have found a home in the Church. I love the Heavenly Father and thank Him every day for sending His son, Jesus Christ, to make the Atonement.

Hey Bachelor! Thanks for sending me the invite. :) Would love to get to know you more.  :) How's your day been?

It's been a lazy day  but it's been nice to relax because I work at a nursing home   as a nurse's aide on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. How about you? How's your day been?

lol, those are really cute smileys.. :) oh you're a nurse's aide, thats really nice. I studied nursing before, still got a year and a half left though but its fun, such a noble profession. My day is ok, we are having a vacation in my aunt's place right now, taking a breather from all the shakes back home. Beautiful beautiful day out here, sunny and warm.
