Hi Alex.

I only briefly met you on Saturday morning, you were in the marquee tent talking about LDS.net to some people and when I got the opportunity I asked if you were a member of the site, and you told me your username.  You may recognise me from the photos on my page, but I understand that you may not recognise me because of how brief our meeting was.

Yes, I thought the Bangor event was excellent too, there is a Turkey and Tinsel event happening in Weymouth from Friday 12th till Sunday 14th December..An LDS couple who own a hotel there are opening it up for the event that weekend, it costs £50, I think, to attend and the details should now be showing at www.mangomangomango.org and definitely will be showing on the SA_UK yahoo group page.  I'm hoping to go there with the friends who attended the Bangor convention with me.

I'm from sunny Burnley!  LOL, though I'm living in even sunnier Nelson at the moment.  Do you ever attend the SA Firesides that are held at Chorley?  I attended my first one last month, and hope to get to the next one, next Sunday..the only problem I have is that I don't drive, and as I'm the SA rep for the Burnley Ward I need to get to Chorley for the committee meeting at 6.30pm which means that whoever takes me/travels with me will have to hang around for a while..I'm still finding my feet being the SA Rep, but things aren't doing too badly, I'm afraid I'm not too good at thinking up activities for the Firesides which we were asked to do last month, will have to get my thinking cap on before Sunday!

I took a look at your website, it's really interesting, and Well Done to your son and his music, it was really pleasant to listen to him.

Hope to see you around at any of the joint Chorley Stake events, btw could you let me know of any events taking place at Chorley or in any of the Wards within that stake?  I'm supposed to have information forwarded to me but haven't received any notices yet..

Hi Alex,

I bumped into you at the Snowdonia Experience convention yesterday morning, after breakfast, overheard you talking about LDS.net and was really happy to meet a fellow forum member from the UK.

I hope you enjoyed the event, I did :)

Michele xx
