On February 3rd, I was playing pickle ball at one of the local middle schools to the Verona Ward (the Ward I currently attend). For those of you who don't know what pickle ball is, it's like a cross between ping-pong and tennis. When I was driving home I passed by the Verona Ward and I just started gravitating towards it. I had no idea what caused me to come here at the time, but it was a feeling that I haven't felt in a long time. I walked inside and I was immediately lost. I had no idea who to... Read More
So it's been like 10 hours since I got baptized. Oh, I was so so so nervous before, I was ready to leave the church at any second. But I calmed down when I changed into my dress and all that. I was so happy that my mum came as well. I'm lucky that I have such her as mum, she accepts what I'm doing and she's happy for me. So yeah, it's been a great day. The missionaries were awesome, as usually. I really like them, just a shame that they have to leave again soon. So I've posted some pictures here... Read More
So, I'm still sick - It's really annoying because I'm going to miss the dinner with the missionaries and people from church tomorrow. Bummer, oh well, the main thing is that I'm healthy and ready to go on Tuesday. I think that for every day that passes the days goes so much slower. But I know that's not true, just that I'm so looking forward to it. One thing I've noticed is that I've started to have so many nightmares this last week. And I'm kinda ashamed of saying that. I've been dreaming abo... Read More
So, here I am again. I'm so sick, I have the worst cold ever, high fever and I'm just feeling yucky. I hope I'll be well until Saturday, going to a small birthday party with the missionaries and some people from church. Going to be so much fun, if I'm well... Earlier today, before I got that really nasty fever I went down to church. I met up with my missionaries and two other missionaries from another part of Sweden, one of them was the missionarie I have in the very beginning. So much fun to m... Read More
So, two weeks left ( approx.) until I get baptized by the most awsome missionary I've met. I'm super excited and can't wait. We're going to a near by lake and all I'm hoping for is that it won't be crowded. Not that I'm ashamed or anything like that, I just don't like to have all eyes on me. I mean, no problems if they're from the ward, but people I don't know kinda makes me nervous. They announced my Baptism today at church and it felt good, I felt happy. What makes me the happiest is that my... Read More
