First, Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ

They both read from the same Bible but came to different conclusions.  Both prayed to the same God and saw His hand fighting for their side.


Somehow Lincoln managed, perhaps out of necessity, to look from a less authoritative position on what God's will was and just accept that both prayers couldnt' be simultaneously answered and that perhaps they didn't really know God's will.

My new children's books! Now What?

It was last summer that my sister-in-law challenged me to write a book that could help keep our grandchildren close to the Lord. I tried and tried. One day as I was doing my dishes, it came to me and I spent the rest of the day working on a poem about Grandma Adam, Grandpa Joseph, Grandma Esther and so forth. I showed it to my daughter and she loved it and insisted it needed to be a real book. I worked on pictures to go with the poetry. I now have "My Family Tree" about to come out.
