In class last Wednesday, we watched a segment of HBO's John Adams. The producers, true to style, went all above and beyond recreating the atmosphere of America when it existed only as a state of mind. (For those of you who prefer this film layout and style, I highly recommend A&E's 6-peice production of Horatio Hornblower. Seriously, it is so good.)
