I am glad I found this site to be able to connect with other Latter-Day Saints. I just started my adventure in the blogging world and figured what a great way to do missionary work. I have a blog on blogspot.  It is mormonelder.blogspot.com feel free to check it out.

I love my Family and feel so blessed to have them in my life. What a great blessing it is to be a member of The Church Of JESUS CHRIST of Latter-Day Saints. I love my Savior Jesus Christ. I am thankful for his atoneme... Read More

The Nature of Truth
Posted On 09/11/2009 19:49:46 by

Truth- real, pure truth- is like a mirror. When we gaze into its light, we see our own imperfections glaring back at us. This week I finally had the opportunity to go to the Draper Temple open house.  It was such a magnificent experience.  What a beautiful place.  I really wish that I had brought a friend with me who was not a member of the church.  The introducing video was a wonderful way to bring the Spirit and explain the purposes of the temple to those who do not know.

When we walked into the basement of the temple, I noticed that there was a lot of wood... Read More

The Printing Press

I attended the tour for the Crandall Print Museum a couple weeks ago.  I enjoyed it so much.  It was so informative.  I loved how it talked about different eras of the printing press and what great influence it had on the restoration of the gospel of Jesus Christ.  Johannes Gutenberg was inspired to invent the printing press.  The invention was crucial to the spreading of Christianity, by way of multiple prints of the Bible, and the spreading of the Church of Jesus Ch...
