How I Know

I just wrote this letter to another member on this site who told me that he's been a member of the Church for a year now but he's still struggling to gain a real testimony of his own. Better to Be Safe Than Sorry


As a youngster my parents taught me to never speak to complete strangers and especially accept candy from them.  That caution was good advice as a child, but as I began to mature I learned to share my speaking talents by talking to strangers as I sold items door to door.  It was a wonderful gift and I enjoyed using that talent more than ever while serving a Mission with the LaKota Indians later in life.
