Quitting Smoking

Hi Everyone, I've been a member now for 2 years, but have been married to a member for 10. We both smoke and are really trying to quit so that we can get sealed in the temple with our little boy (who is 5). I don't know why we can't seem to stick to it, but we are very frustrated over it. If there is anyone out there (or in here) who has any advice, tricks or resources it would be greatly appreciated.
