Choices

We make choices all the time. Some are significant and have severe repercussions. I personally think the worst feeling I have ever felt is regret. The reason I think that this feeling is so poignant is because I could have done something different to prevent the terrible feeling. Spiritual Toxins

              Currently in my engineering class we are discussing toxicology. There are some interesting theories on safe dosages for certain compounds to be ingested. lasting friendship

I was recently looking through pictures of my old friends from high school and reminisced about good times we have had.  While I look back on those times fondly, many of those friendships have grown distant over the years and I feel no strong desire to rekindle them.  Then I look at the friendships that have lasted, what makes the difference?  My first thought was that having the same standards was the key.  But then I realized that, more important than this is having respect... Hobbies

I have so many hobbies...master of nothing!  I enjoy photography, quilting, sewing, creating cakes, hiking, ...just about anything outside during any season.  I am a work in progress!  When I'm roller blading I am normally going for distance and sometimes one or more kids will ride their bikes along.    Too many things to have fun at, too little play time, too many tasks that have to be done!...
