One neat part of Professor Holzapfel's presentation of the Doctrine and Covenants is his constant focus on the importance of understanding context. I can definitely say that this has been one of the most interesting and enlightening aspect of this wonderful class.

A perfect example is found in the 59th section, in verse 21, which reads:
