Gods Miracles

This is my (C.W's) conversion Story. Also how Janiel and C.W. met  each other.  This is our Story so far....

C.W.'s  Story....

I was going no where in life emotionally and spiritually. Finally I sincerely prayed several times to my Heavenly Father to please bless me with a true wife who would love me for me and a good life and a real Family. He more than blessed me. I found my future wife on a social network. When I saw her picture on her profile I s... Read More

Evangelical Evangelism

As one of the longest surviving evangelicals at LDS.net, evangelism--how it is we "win souls," continues to tumble around in my mind.  We see the evangelical storm troopers come in here from time to time.  They are loaded to the gills with superficial factoids from Christian Apologetics Research Ministry (CARM) or Christian Research Institute (CRI--founded by Walter Martin).  They run a few strings, argue with a few posters, and then either leave, or get banned.  Perhaps s... Do We Really Know What We Have?

(As written by LDS Missionary Scott Anderson in his journal.)

'You want to talk about religion, don't you?' she said.

'Yes, we do', replied my companion.... Read More

For investigators

I would like to dedicate this blog to anyone who is investigating the church. I still remember my first encounter with the missionaries. I was 15 yrs old and a boyfriend of mine had just joined the church. Let me tell you a few things about this boyfriend though. He was a sweetie but he got his kicks from dropping acid, stealing  cars he once even stole a virgin Mary statue from my neighbors yard. I gave him grief for it but he did it anyway. We eventually stopped talking for a while and... Read More
