I am thinking very seriously about putting into practice the dietary suggestions of the word of wisdom . they have helped so many people live more healthy lives and medical science shows the wonderful benefits that following this health code can bring ..And the beauty of it is you don't even have to believe in the Doctrines of the lds in order to use it .. The other night I went to the Crandall Museum in Provo, UT for a class at BYU. The tour was a little long, but the workers were pretty sweet because they just loved what they were doing. They shared some pretty cool stories about the printing press and the coming forth of the Book of Mormon. The other day I was listening to a speech given by one of the Apostles, Elder Holland. It was directed to the young people of the Church. It was a pretty great talk, as far as I can remember. It was a little while ago, but I still remember a part of the talk pretty distinctly.
