I ran the BYU Outdoor stairs this afternoon in the cold wind. I did okay for my age and body strength. This has been helpful for me to remember especially when I make a mistake. There are times when it is easier to feel like the caterpillar especially after a error is made and self defeat is allowed to set in replacing our real value before God.  The Master will always help us get through hard times
