What's for Dinner?

I used to get really mad when people asked me what was for dinner. I took the question as a personal attack, because not knowing what was for dinner made me feel inadequate. And I hardly ever knew. Now that I've been studying how to be a better homemaker, I know that I should have a menu planned in advance. But I still don't seem to get it done. Reinforcing the Green Jell-O Stereotype

People joke a lot about Mormons making lots of green Jell-O.  I don't eat that stuff because of a bad experience with it during the stomach flu, but here I am making Lime Jell-O Salad for my husband's birthday.  As I was looking through the recipes my mother-in-law sent, I saw it.  Then I discovered he likes the stuff.  (He admitted this sheepishly.)
