It seems that lately my wife and I have had several chances to help others out. Like they were tests or something. A lot of time we feel like we are too busy to help, or that we have too much to do to spare a few minutes or that out budget is so tight that we can't help those in need. In a rough world like this, I sometimes think that I got to look out for myself and my family and not worry so much about other peoples' problems. Something struck me today and I just wanted to write about it.  I know that there are a lot of people out there struggling right now.  There are fires closing in on homes to the north of me, fires in california, floods and tornados striking people in missouri, Oklahoma, and texas.  But one common thread I have found is people pulling together in faith during these times.  I would like to ask everyone to keep the people in the troubled areas in their prayers, your be... I want to start by saying "Hello!"  I am new to this website as a posting member, although it was a huge support for me when I was investigating this time last year - so THANK YOU! :)
