David Archuleta has made every member of the LDS Church proud  to be a Mormon!  Although he did not take home the title of "American idol Season 7" - David Archuleta is a winner to all that have come to know him this season on American Idol.

This is really interesting.  When I usually take a peek here at LDS.net around this time, I notice that there are a number of users in the chat room.  Now theres no one there.  I know it's only around 7:45pm there at Salt Lake as I am writting this blog and I think it's still pretty early for anyone's bedtime so I'm guessing that everyone's tuned in to American idol Finals.

It seems almost certain that David Archuletta will be crowned the next "American Idol" tonight, after his 'knockout' performance on Tuesday night.

David Archuletta is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He lives about seven miles from me, in Murray Utah. Yeah! David Archuleta made the final two on American Idol!

As expected, it will be David versus David in the final showdown on American idol Season 7. The finale show will be a two night spectacular next week!

I am really excited about David Archuleta competing against David Cook. This promises to be the best ever American idol Finale...
