TV or Not TV

http://ldslivingmagazine.com/articles/show/1173 I found this great article which describes my thoughts on television and movies pretty accurately.  I keep hearing terms such as "movie candy," "book candy" and "eye candy."  But a constant supply of these types of "candy" are no more better for my body and soul than would be a constant diet of M&Ms, Skittles or chocolate chip cookies (mmmm...chocolate chip cookies). So, I have recently watched a couple of movies recently.  We watched The Golden Compass and The Spiderwick Chronicles.  The Golden Compass drummed a lot of hype this year for being anti-christian.  My wife and I could not see the parallels to an anti-christ that people talked about.  The best we could gather was that everyone was linked to a creature that was called a demon, and that there was witches flying around.  For some within the christian community these things a... My Saturday has been very nice so far. I woke up and went outside and watered my plants.  I love my yard.  I love the butterflies, birds, and the beauty of the plants and flowers.  Bubba and Ryan went outside with me.  They just sat on the front steps petting our dog, Molly. I have alot to clean and organize today, but that can all wait until after our nap!
