GC Priesthood
Posted On 10/04/2009 07:37:48 by Drewman

I used to have my "Favorites" when I was in the church before but not genuine. (another blog for another time),  However, recently I have come back to church, and working toward full fellowship.  For the first time yesterday, I was able to go to priesthood Session with my 14 year old son.  What a joy! I am not mormon...but I was wondering if you guys have another name for the melkezidek priesthood or if you really swear the oath of melkezidek when you become high priests? It would greatly help if someone could answer this question than... Read More

Posted On 05/15/2009 07:58:39 by not_ashamed

I wish I could express in number the amount of times I have heard others, not of my faith, refer to  women in the LDS church as second class citizens . However, its been countless times. In my opinion it only serves to prove their ignorance about our religion.

How many times have I heard, Well women don't hold the priesthood so that means men are above you. pleeeze, I don't want the priesthood. If I had the priesthood that would put me in... Read More
