Temple dedication thoughts
Posted On 08/26/2008 20:05:29 by Aurorasungem
Have you ever looked at something one way one moment, then entirely another the next?  I think things often change the most when you least expect them to.  I recently attended the dedication ceremony for the twin falls Idaho temple.  I sat and listened as the prophet and leader of our church, talked of his loving wife, who even though she has been very ill, always packed the bags specially for him.  It was touching to see just how deep ran that love for her, and the concern h... The last leg of my greyhound trip!
Posted On 07/27/2008 07:52:48 by wsvirtue

I found the most incredible woman I have ever met! I say met, but we have not met in this life yet. I am going to southern Idaho to meet her. Not only am I meeting her, but I'm helping her move to Kansa... Read More

The Atonement in general is such a very large topic to discuss, but I would like to focus primarily in this post on the principle of love that was involved."If sacrifice for others is the highest manifestation of love, then the Atonement of Jesus Christ is the grandest demonstration of love this world has ever known." Tad Callister, The Infinite AtonementThe first aspect of love is that of the love the Savior had for us. His love is not conditional nor is it only temporary. He demonstrated thi... Read More
