What should I do?
Posted On 10/28/2008 12:09:46 by RebekahBelinda
Its been over a month since I was baptised, it was such a hard decision for me especially at the age of 15. My biologicale father said he didnt want anything more to do with me and called me very nasty names and I had so many doubts and even though it seemed easier not to get baptised I felt I wanted to and knew I wanted to. Since the day I got baptised I lost all contact with me dad, but things were great, I had all the support from Church Members and the Missionaries, it all just seemed to be... Read More

Over the weekend of October 25th my husband and myself were up in the White Mountains, at a fund raiser for a little boy who needs a special heart surgery, and the only Doctor who can preform this lives in Chicago.    About a month ago I ordered some prints from http://www.ldscatalog.com/ .  The prints I bought were only one dollar each and were 11X17.  It was very enjoyable being on the site and looking at all the choices I had.  I ended up buying 15 or so prints from the Book of Mormon  and New Testament.       As I was on the site and looking at all the prints, I came upon one that made me gasp inside - Jesus Washing the Apost... Ye are called to the work

During the beginning of the fall semester in my doctrine and covenants religion class at Brigham Young University we briefly went over section 4, which talks about how we serve God and how we are qualified to serve Him.
When we shortly went over this section, it immediately brought back memories from the volunteer work I did over at Chile Concepcion.  I was a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from September 2005-... Read More
