Salvation by Grace and Human Accountability
Posted On 12/03/2008 02:01:07 by SeattleTruthSeeker
My apologies for not having posted much of anything in the past couple weeks or so. The economic Crisis and the Recession they have finally admitted that we are in has hit home. Top priority here is for me to find work until the company I was laid off from picks up production and goes back to two shifts. Please keep this in your prayers while I am finding employment to help out with finances until then.   Now, in the midst of looking for work and browsing the net, I have stumbled across som... Gratitude Journal

Gratitude Journal Monday, December 1, 2008               I’m grateful for the chance we have to be obedient. It’s the first law of Heaven. It’s how we stay on the straight and narrow road to God. This is my first blog, I'm only doing this to try it out. Maybe I'll get into it and write something really deep, maybe you'll finish reading this and think, "wow, why did she evn post this. She wrote four paragraphs about nothing." I don't know yet. I do know that so far I have written about one paragraph about a whole lot of nothing. :] But what can I say, I'm only 17 after all.    I've decided to write about moving, and how the Lord moves you in so many ways. He could move you with... Read More

Truth
Posted On 12/02/2008 18:40:40 by jlroberts
Truth is a special word. It means something factual. Many are proved by science, and daily we discover new things not heretofore known. However, Not all truths need to be proved through scientific methods. Religious truths come only by asking god in faith believing we will receive and through the Holy Ghost. Perhaps one of the most impressive statements i ever heard made by one of my teachers of religion is, "You don't have to believe what isn't true." The church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Sai...
