Anyone interested

I am wondering if there is anyone out there interested in a new group to deal POSITIVLY with depression and or pain issues as they go together often. I am 47 years old and have delt with depression my whole life as far back as I can remember.

I want to communicate with people who are trying to activly overcome this debilitating condition . I am taking a more proactive approach than I have ever in my life and have learned alot. I choose to do more than just ENDURE TO THE END. I choose JOY. I am under a doctors care for both my pain and depression issues and need to do my part and if possible help myself and others on this journey. If any of you are interested let me know.

. . i can't even imagine what u r going through, so i won't say that i do. I do know however, that my mother has dealt with that during much of her life. Hers, however, came due to chemical addictions.

Good luck, crytsprospect!
