OK..I normally don't do this, but I have to let it out!  I'm having a troubling day and don't know where to turn.  I fee like everything is coming down around me and I have no one to lean on. 

Ever get that feeling that it's just not worth fighting anymore?  Ever feel so overwhelmed that you just want to disappear??  Well..I'm there today.  Can't take much more!  I just want it all to end!!

I've been there quite a bit!  Don't you give up!  Heavenly Father will give you help, you just need to ask Him.  =)  Sometimes (or alot of times...) the help comes in a form you weren't expecting it to be in.

Oh man, I've been there. You just don't want to get out of bed and curl up in a ball. There were days that I literally had to drag myself out of bed and put one foot in front of the other and take baby steps until I was back to full steavm.
