Sometimes a message comes in song that is a good heart touching message. I wanted to share this one for those who have yet to hear it. This is one of my favorite songs, so I hope you forgive me posting a link to it. Sometimes I think everyone needs reminders in life that things can go well and can change for the better. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CxIN79n4jVo&feature=related Life is short at times, full of sorrow, grief pain and suffereing. However, those are the moments you pray, you hope, you have faith and still keep looking for the light. Maybe you do not always understand the what and why of things, but the good lord knows. We live in a day that people often say there are no miracles, there is no hope, no glory, nothing out there, but that is not true. Miracles still exist, they still come in still small ways in life. Often there seems no way to get through things, like every door is closed and window barred, yet there is always a way for those who have the will and faith to take wing and keep working at it. God does not leave anyone alone in the dark. He knows and provides for those who are still out there seeking for help and answers. He will help the grieving find comfort, the lost find help home, the struggling to find answers to how to get out and keep moving and find a way through. A miracle does not have to be something big, fancy or flashy. It can be something as small as a whisper, or a flower in the snow, but it is there. I was recently up to the boise temple and there were flowers coming right up through the snow. It was one of the most beautiful things I ever did see. I have seen people spared through all kinds of disasters in odd ways. God does have a hand in life and in things around us, even if we cannot always see it. Hope can be a frail thing to find in life, but it can grow like the mighty oak trees if one lets it and finds the faith to keep going in life. You can make it, and can find what it is you need in life if you are willing to keep at it. This is one of the messages of this song, and I have to give credit to the writer on this. They did an awesome job. Never give up hope, or give up trying in life. There are always second chances and ways to get back. There is always the miracle of forgiveness, and the chance to change. There is the miracle of life itself, of all the wonderful and wondrous things that most people do not take the time to look at or appreciate. I have a very good friend that was thrown by a horse, and can barely walk. She is a living miracle, and one thing about her is that she never, ever lets life get her down. She is always smiling, always laughing and has this incredible spirit and testimony. Another friend was in two really bad car wrecks and is in a permanent walker from them, she also keeps going and doing what she knows she needs to do. Another friend has chronic stomach troubles, but she too managed to go on a mission and keep going. God knows of the troubles people have and knows of the things they are capable of. With faith anything is possible, if you believe and are willing to keep trying to find a way. Keep looking to the light, to the good things of life. Like the song says, there can be miracles when you believe. Never doubt that the good lord is watching out for you, and is calling you to keep going, keep trying and never give up hope. He knows exactly what each and every one of us is going through, and is right there with us, offering to help if we believe and keep doing what is right. A miracle can be handed to anyone, and they may not always know it is there or even appreciate it, but true faith, once built and given to someone lasts a lifetime and is appreciated by all around the one who carries it in their heart. That is one of the great miracles, to hold on through it all, and still manage to know in the heart of hearts with or without signs, great wonders or anything special, to know of a surity he is there and watching over us all. In this day of wonders, miracles can be lost or dismissed by those who do not wish to see them or even care when they do happen, but this is a day when people will find that they have to fight more and more to understand what it is that they believe, what they are given and what in their heart of hearts is true. Never give up the hope you will find answers. God knows, and he does care about each and every one of you. Never doubt that. This is a day when miracles can happen and do happen for a reason. Faith though is built on prayerful study, listening, learning, seeking and understanding just what it is the good lord would have us know. It is a miracle I am even alive today with some of the trials I have passed through. I know that God lives, and loves us. I know that he provides a way for people to find true understanding. True faith is not handed out at the drop of a hat. It is found drop by drop, step by step, ounce by ounce as people try to climb the path of life, and struggle through the darkness and storms ahead. It is built through the trials and testimony of those who have gone before. It is gathered at meetings and through leaders who also know and believe, it is gathered by the random teachers that come into life, and lessons learned along the path. It is gained by experience, by trial and error. It is found through sorrow and pain, through hope and dreams, through reaching for something that you cannot see, but in your heart you feel and know it is there. The miracle is the aftereffect of faith and keeping going. It comes when you least expect it, often when you are not looking for one, but it comes when it is most needed, when it will do the most good for the most people, and when God knows that we ourselves need it to keep going and make it through the trials ahead. Can there be miracles? Yes! Often you have to look close to see them. Everyday in life, there is a bit of light that happens, a bit of joy that comes in spite of the trials the problems and the pain of the world. Every day God puts in our path chances to become a help in anothers life, chances to make the world a better place, chances to be and learn more than what you were before. God often has people he asks to help bring his miracles to be, if they listen to the promptings of the spirit. Where there is a will there is a way, and where there is faith, there is always hope. Never give up even when the darkness in your life may seem its worst. Never doubt that there is a way through it. There is if you keep climbing and aiming for the light, the savior in your life. God knows, he is right there with you, and is providing ways to get you through it if you listen, watch and pray. There can be miracles, but it is up to you to be a part of the plan. Your life can be either positive or negative influence on the world. If you keep looking to the light though and keep trying, the light will come, and the positive influences will build up around to to help keep you going, as you can help others keep going.
