A bright white appears,

When all hope is lost.

An angel he has sent me,

At exactly no cost.

He wipes away my tears,

With words from our Father.

He lets me know I'm loved,

I'm not just a bother.

When I was living at my dad's house, we were treated very unfairly. He beat us and told us that we were horrible children. I thought everything was always my fault, and every night before I went to sleep, I'd ask God for forgiveness. I always had a close relationship with Heavenly Father even though where I grew up we weren't taught the Gospel. Then one night as I approached the barn, a place I had been scared of because I was terrified of the dark, I was feeding my cats and a bright light came from the corner and a man floated just above the ground in a white robe (not with wings as you would expect). All he said to me was "You are forgiven". I fell to my knees and began to cry. Tears of joy shook my entire body and I know I will never ever have as spiritual of an experience as that one. Heavenly Father knew I had to hear those words almost from his mouth, even though he knew what was happening wasn't my fault. Thank you Heavenly Father for helping me through such a weak and hopeless time in my life.
