South Putnam High School, Greencastle, Indiana 1981

1. Dated and married (After 16 years divorced but got four good kids out of the deal)high school sweetheart.

2. I did get something in the Senior's Whos Who but I can't remember would have to dig out year book. It was probably something like 'most musical'.

3. Couldn't afford a car. Had a boyfriend (see #1)

4..5. 6.  Went out with boyfriend, I was probably considered one of the 'smart kids'.

7. band and choir

8.9. not a nerd and never got expelled/suspended or paddled

10. Yes, I played it enough at football and basketball games.

11. I think I enjoyed my math classes enough, and recall those teachers well, but it was my music teachers that I spent a lot of time with, almost as an equal by the time I was a senior. Mr. Barnhardt and Mr. Miller.

12. I would, if I went to cafeteria, try to fit myself in with a certain group, not the populars in the sense of cheerleaders and such, but the brainy girls, and eventually I just sat where-ever my BF was.

13. South Putnam Junior/Senior High School

14. Eagles

15. Not on homecoming court, wasn't that type.

16. Nope. Wouldn't do it again. It was a struggle socially for a while. But overall it was a good experience and helped me become who I am today. Not sure how I did it academically but I did well, so that is a positive. And I got a scholarship (academic) to college from it. Some good, and not so good memories. Helps me understand teens.. Yeah right.

And we didn't have cell phones then. Gosh, golly, am I old or what?
