Well... If you are talking about the wonders, and the magesty of creation, as well as the miracles that happened in our lives, that has to come from God:

17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and
cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness,
neither shadow of turning.

18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures. -  James 1:17-18

19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:  -  Romans 1:19-20

When it comes to Magic, the Bible calls that as having power over something such as Air, water, Fire etc.  The Angels for example have power over fire in Revelations (1). However, power is given by permisson and man has no permission to have power.  the nly power they shall have is the Spiritual Gifts that is only used for the Gospel and edification of the Church:

28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour
out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall
prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see
visions: -  Joel 2:28 (see 1 Corinthians 12:8-11)

Any power outside of God, is from Satan whether it is by divination, inchantation, amulets, or sorcery.  The Bible generally calls those Enchantments when the Sorcerers, Wisemen, and Magicians duplicated Moses' Serpent Miracle with their own (Exodus 7:11-12)  Anyone who practices those things is partaking, and fellowshipping with the Devil (1 Corinthians 10:20-22). 

The Euweegee board for example is said to bring messages from the dead or from a source but whoever uses it is messing with an unknown power.  Psychics, Tarot cards, crystals, special and secret potions, and then you have heard that there is White Magic, and then there is Dark Magic.  One is for healing, and the other is for harming... all these are not from God.
