Happiness is all around us
Posted On 07/20/2008 00:46:46 by hectorsanz1482

Well I know that many of us spend most of our time, trying to reach our goals and have a happy life. Some people try to look for love, our spend their time looking for love, but to my understanding love is everywhere, we just dont see it. The reason why I think that we cant see that is because we are mostly living our life thinking about the past our about our future and so we forget to life the present. I belive that only in living the present can you be happy, we forget about our inner child, we lock him up deep inside of us. We start doing this because we start to live our life in the past or the future, we spent most of time just thinking and we forget about living. We are tied to our past experiences, which are hauting us all the time, and it is because of that the we start thinking about the future. Just look at a child, if you can see they do live in the present, they enjoy each moment, they always express how the feel, they dont care about what everyone thinks. I believe that as we grow up, we start to forget to express how we feel and by doing that we feel that we cant completely be happy, but n reality happiness, joy and most importantly LOVE is all around us...

I agree with what you say, and I'm glad you reminded me of it.  I try to live in the present.  I am still trying to be able to see love around me, though.  I still have something more to believe with that.
