New Years Goals
Posted On 12/15/2008 13:35:33 by impactplayer

As an old year comes to a close and a new year is just moments away people always start to change there habits, useally for the better. However, this holiday season, things are going to be different. People, though good, dirring this time also tend to get rude, impatiant, and discurtious in shopping. Much anticsipation is being built up, and high hopes of a deffinate change is comeing this new year; but is it a change for the better or worse? Though Christmas always seems to bring good cheer to a lot in the world, many times after the new year celebration is over, people fall right into the same things they were into before. If there goal for the year was to lose 15 lbs they end up tring for about a week only to give up and fall in the same ruteine they were in all thoughout the year before. There may not be anything we can do to fix our debt or worry about the econamy, but I say leave politics to the politics, and lets better ourselves as people. I think as a goal suggestion for this new year instead of trying do lose waite we should try to try. New years resolutions should include not only the gaol you set for yourself, but a goal to keep that goal. For example, last year I told myself I would finnish reading, cover to cover, the Book of Morman. Once again, like most people who set new years resolutions, I read Nephi 1 and 2 then gave up and started skiping around here and there. I think if we apply ourselves to our goals and put more effort in our work, we can successfully complete an enitre year with our goals being met, if not beaten.

much love and peace im out,

PS. I understand that some people have met goals they set for themselves, but these words are for insparation to thoughs that seem to fall short from meeting there goals. I happen to be one of them therefore I will continue to pray and endure the best I can. and if anyone eles feel they need extra prayer I can do and will do.

Thanx

i really wish i had spell check on this
