Me oh My. It is almost the end of Honors 240, and thus almost the end of this blog. It has been an interesting experience... sometimes in other classes when I make connections I think about posting them on the internet. Then again, since it's really for my own benefit, and no one else reads these anyway, I just keep it to myself. Although there is something very freeing and wonderful about feeling at liberty to write.

This is the part where I tie it in to American Government: Because of the First Amendment, I can write about whatsoever I wish.

To be honest, I am not sure what I have gained yet from this class. Not much objective knowledge, for sure. But I gained good discussion and knowledge on the founding fathers and American slavery. I got to watch quality movies. I have a desire to go serve, to engulf myself in a good cause in Africa or some struggling country or community in another part of the world. This wasn't nearly as difficult as American Heritage sounds. I have a teacher and TAs who care about me and my grade. Overall, I can't complain. Now, if I can only get through the final...
