Well, this is my first blog here.  I am not LDS but I love what it stands for, the emphasis on family, doing good things, caring for everyone, togetherness, etc.  But I do have a few problems, they are not LDS specific though.  I have issues with religion in general and what I should believe.  I have been searching for Truth for 23 years and it is getting hard waiting for a response.  In my general life I live a complicated/hard life.  I'm trying to head back to college too with no money.  But on most days I am happy to be here, happy to be alive and happy to distract myself from whats going on.

hi lifegirl, welcome, we are glad to have you here. You should listen to the advice of WMlee. Lessons from the missionaries could make all the difference. Hope you find your peace and happiness.

Hello.  Welcome here.  I'd say that Christianity the best and most comprehensive worldview amongst all the other contemporary rivals in spite of the pluralistic background that we are living in.  I pray that you find the truth and do not lend your ear to something that just sounds good but in the end is not.  Welcome :)

I once questioned a little girl I met in Canada about her CTR ring.  She said it meant, Choose The  Right.  I asked if she had one on the other hand that read, Chose The Left.  She got very frustrated with me and said, "it means do what Jesus would do”.

I think what you like about the LDS church is what it is all about, our Savior.  And that, my dear, is religion.

Your life is complicated, been a little hard, life pitching you a fast ball way too often?  You’re on a site that hosts a whole bunch of those people.  Take a little time out and away from the hectic world and listen to a few sister missionaries about this religion.  Might make some sense out of what you’re going through!
