Help for my son who is thinking about going on a mission

My son is thinking about going on a mission.  I am looking for a letter or a talk from a returned missionary and how his mission changed his life.  Something I can share with him, coming from someone who has served a mission and not from me trying to convince him.  Thanks for your help.
