This is my (C.W's) conversion Story. Also how Janiel and C.W. met  each other.  This is our Story so far....

C.W.'s  Story....

I was going no where in life emotionally and spiritually. Finally I sincerely prayed several times to my Heavenly Father to please bless me with a true wife who would love me for me and a good life and a real Family. He more than blessed me. I found my future wife on a social network. When I saw her picture on her profile I saw a light in her eyes I could not get out of my mind. Then I proceeded to send her messages to get to know her better. I also read her profile and noticed she was LDS. I was a Baptist Preacher. I liked what I read and remembered my Grandmother had an old Book of Mormon from 1930. I was so enamored by Janiel and the whole LDS thing so much so I wanted to be equally yoked with her. I am also a Christian counselor and knew that it is important to have the same faith. I also found a lot of wonderful truth I have been seeking for, for a long time. So I went and found an LDS church and they told me what ward I needed to go to. I went to my own ward the next Sunday and asked to know more and they offered to come by the house and teach me. I was Baptized on August 22, 2009. I received the gift of the Holy Ghost and was ordained a priest in the Aaronic priesthood the next day on Sunday. We have had our struggles with the old devil trying to tear us apart but we have come out the stronger and have grown closer through these struggles. I have found the LDS church lives the scriptures and especially the commandment of "Loving Thy Neighbor as Thyself".

Janiel's Story,

I am a single mother with two young men still at home with slight handicaps of their own to deal with. We live together with my Mother to help each other and pool our resources. I heard a talk from one of the church leaders to help proclaim the gospel on the internet and also I was looking for my future Husband. I decided I would be bold and set up a profile that introduces the gospel to the world and help people understand who we are better. I was having some issues of my own and My Knight in Shinning Amour came along and helped me see a better way before I became totally lost. I was also praying for a good husband. We became good friends at first and It grew for me from there even though he knew already I was to be his future wife. It took me longer to know he was the one.  Now we are seeking a way to get together. He lives in Georgia and I live in Idaho. Until then, we talk on the phone a lot.
