Thinking of Christ

The prayer attributed to Saint Francis of Assisi:

"Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace. Where there is hatred let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith."

In other words, "Lord, put me to work. Whom can I help? How can I serve? What wouldst thou have me do?" We treat people differently when we think of Christ. We see things from the Lord’s perspective. Our tongues are bridled. We show more kindness.
