He Always Hears Our Simple Prayers

Someone has probably said to you at least once, "Heavenly Father hears and understands the thoughts of the heart or A sincere prayer is always answered in some way."

I don’t know how Heavenly Father can always hear our prayers, but I do know he does.

Yesterday, I was finishing a simple project that I felt satisfied in completing. I was in a hurry and in my haste I thought it was finished. But later I thought there was something missing, it just didn’t seem right. I didn’t know what was not right about it, but I tried not to think about it.

I was successful until this morning when I prayed a simple silent prayer asking God to help me do a better job in any future projects. Then, I remembered what I had forgotten to do for my most recent task. It was so simple. I wondered why I hadn’t thought of it before and why hadn’t I asked God for his help then?

Though I had tried to hide my worry, God knew what had been on my mind. He helped me understand what had been missing. But he was giving me more than help with my project. He was teaching me that though I may not realize how close he is, He is concerned about me. Likewise, Heavenly Father is concerned about all his children and though he is the great creator of the heavens,

He always hears our simple prayers.
