I love to read!! I love everything I read, honestly, fact or fiction. I especially love reading the scriptures.

I use to love rock n roll but then I moved from California to the southwest and country/western took hold of me. I never thought that I would like my father's music,LOL!

I love watching movies, especially old ones, mostly thoughs made in the 40s. I love the old actors, Cary Grant, Elizabeth Taylor, Jane Wyman, James Stewart, etc.

I like the new ones too. Love all genres.

Reading, needle work, camping/fishing/boating, walking in the woods, living life.

oops -- it's www.mormonsites.org -- sorry.

Hi Candyprpl, thank you for this site :)  I think members of that site can definitely help me in some of the questions I may have when it comes to Mormon doctrines.  I might meet ex-evangelicals among them but from the looks of it, it is less populated than this site.  Nevertheless, I will try that site out.

God bless :)

What a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful testimony!!!!  I smiled through the whole thing!  In some ways it reminded me of me.  I didn't go anti on my sisters who were LDS but I certainly had a tsk, tsk attitude towards their belief.  Jokes on me, LOL!  It took me almost 40 years to realize the truth but here I am! Yay!  Billy Graham was a favorite in our house and like you at 14 I knew I needed to be 'saved and baptized.'  I joined a local Baptist church.  At 19-20years of age I was into my agnostic years.  I'm thankful for Heavenly Father's guidance and love that has brought me to the restored gospel of Jesus Christ.

Love your family pictures!  Your avatar brought me to your profile because it looks like the southwest -- I live in NM.  Glad I stopped by and read that wonderful testimony.

Glad to have struck a chord - we live just north of Tucson in the foothills of the Catalina mountains.  Thanks for your nice comment!
