Mostly English. Mostly rated G. Mostly understandable, except late at night or when awakened too soon in the morning. My mid-days are pretty good for speaking and thinking. Call me. We'll do lunch.

Anything by Erik Larson, Rick Bragg, Alice Steinbach, Alice Munro. I read mainly non-fiction. I also love books by Charles Dickens, William Faulkner, Eudora Welty.

Classical/opera, country--new or old style, Broadway, 30s and 40s--big band, Gershwin, Berlin, Porter, Glen Miller, and the like, pop--current and old. My favorite piece of music is the flower duet from Lakme by Leo DeLibes. It is celestial!

Woody Allen's comedies; "Sleeper" being my favorite; "Young Frankenstein", "Pride and Prejudice" (both versions), "Becoming Jane", "Mrs. Palfrey at the Claremont", "Memoirs of a Geisha", "Remember the Titans", "I Am David", anything British.

Creative writing, arts and crafts, reading, watching movies, signing up on websites like this, interior and house design

YouTube for B&B Stylish--members of my family created these videos. They are all at once hysterically funny and somewhat embarrassing, and I didn't get to be in them.....

My life on earth started when I was born. It's been moving forward ever since. I have abdicated my throne as queen to walk amongst the commoners, but I occasionally put on my crown when I retire to my bed at night. I do not recommend this. It's hard to sleep with a heavy object on your head. Other than being slightly skewed, I am very normal, which is lamron spelled backward. Those of you from the mothership will understand the meaning of this. I think, therefore I can't.
