It's more like
We promise to be kind to each other
We promise to be honest
We will be christ-like in our actions.....etc.
It's typically like a paragraph or two long. I'll post mine up when we get done with it. A couple of families in my area do them and they sit down with their kids and talk about everything on it and have them sign it agreeing to keep the promises they have on the mission statement.
