Actually, evolutionary psychology would say that someone with facial and body characteristics of a young Audrey Hepburn would be ideal worldwide. This is due to biology -- the way we are programmed. So countries possessing populations where women are more likely to have these characteristics will be regarded as having more attractive women.

Yep and it's amazing what a professional cosmetologist can do to some people and what a photo studio can do with touch ups.
