I disagree. I dont think it works for everyone. I worked out hard for 2 hours a day for a whole semester in college and ate really healthy and did not lose 1 pound. I think it depends on the person. I really think you have to find what works for your body. Now this may sound like an excuse but my problem I think is genetic. My dad is really obese and he has struggled with his weight his whole life and he was very active when he was younger. Hes done diets. My mom has researched alot into eating healthy and nutritiosly and still he is heavy. Now I know he is as heavy as he is now because he has given up but Im not sure the answer is weight. I an considered just barely obese and every time I go into the doctor they are suprised because my health is great. My dad has never had Diabetes and his blood pressure is great. You cant judge health by what people look like. Now I know that I still have a responsibility to stay healthy and that when I stay at the weight that is normal to me i dont look overweight but I think staying healthy is about much more then working through weight. Its about learning to deal with stress and life and learning to love yourself the way God loves you.
