I've been a bodybuilder/fitness enthusiast for over twenty years. I'm not huge and I've never competed or done it professionally, but I thoroughly enjoy weightlifting, cross training, plyometrics, cardio, yoga and anything that fine tunes and improves my health, nutrition and fitness. I think it's appropriate, though some might argue that it's excessive use of time and resources or that bodybuilders are little more than vain. I plan on being in the best shape of my life when I turn 40 next year. I think I'm in pretty good shape right now, though.
