I ride my bike often but may do some weight lifting. My wife is part of Curves and she said it has been a wonderfull experaince ruducing her stress levels. I want to do this because some times I am a hot head. Wife says I get into fits some times but it could be my shuger levels. Honestly it is a combination of factors but weight training may help me to be more relaxed and calm down under work stress.
One of the requirments I would love my city to do is open up more off road bike lanes. Come to think about it there is hardly any bike lanes. It would make getting around the city alot less stressfull and dangerous. A mountain biker just feel off his bike the other day and got run over by a utility trailer. Did not make it.
