Default Georgian president should be tried for crimes against humanity.

Rumor is that the Russians are trying to find out where Georgia's presdient is located, capture him and try him for crimes against humanity. Seems like the Russians may just have the force to do just that.
If the guy did order the destruction of an ethnic Russian village just inside the borders of Georgia then he deserves what he gets. The guy also probably thought the US or EU would come to his rescue (notice the EU flag behind him as he addresses the media -- English? Georgia is not a member of the EU) but that just isn't going to happen. The US is not going to antagonize Russia -- Bush is too professional to do something that stupid and Russia and China can veto any legislation that would come into the UN Security Council anyway.
I only hope that the several black soldiers reportedly killed by Russian forces were not US soldiers or even US mercenaries working for the Georgians. That would not make the US look very good in the world -- condemning Iran for possibly, maybe, sort of assisting terrorists in Iraq but then assisting a terrorist government in Georgia.
Again, we can pray these hostilities end soon and that these two Christian nations can end the bloodshed.

Watch video here of interview with American witness to Georgian military commiting genocide:
