To receive the Melchizedek Priesthood and become an Elder.
Oh boy, was I nervous. I sat outside his office going over D+C 84: 33-40 in my head.
But It went well, I "passed" so to say, and I learned a lot more about the Priesthood too. It was an awesome experience actually, and I was prepared for it which made it even better. There were two other boys that were like "it was hard!", but no way, I was ready.
I even answered some questions right when I really didnt know the answer, it just worked out well for me.
It feels good to be ready to receive this. If you read D+C 84:41, you can see that its big and I don't want to lose this Priesthood or do anything to compromise that.
They are going to announce it in sacrament meeting next week!
